I have tried already another memorys, PSU and VGA. I think without power the Motherboard forget something and cannot start, that is why i have CPU DEBUG LED ON. When i let the PSU switched On for the night than next morning the PC can start and working fine. I have find out that when i switch off the PC and switch off the PSU for the night, next morning everything is the same, i have CPU DEBUG LED ON, and nothing happen. Next try, all the same but than press reset button than CPU Debug led on, than MEM on, then VGA on, than Boot and everything works fine. I have checked the CR2032 battery it was 2.7V which is too low i think, i replaced it.
